CODESYS Modbus Master (RTU) is a product for extending the functionality of CODESYS compatible devices. Using serial standard ports, Modbus Master (clients) are created from these devices In this way, configured devices exchange data with Modbus RTU slaves.

The CODESYS Modbus Serial Device enables a controller to act as a Modbus serial slave that is programmable with the CODESYS Development System.

CODESYS Modbus TCP Master is a product for extending the functionality of CODESYS compatible devices. Using a standard Ethernet adapter, Modbus Master (clients) are created from these devices. In this way, configured devices exchange data with Modbus TCP slaves.

The CODESYS Modbus TCP Device enables a controller to act as a Modbus TCP Slave that is programmable with the CODESYS Development System.

With the easy-to-use Modbus function blocks, values can be read and written via Modbus TCP, Modbus UDP or Modbus RTU. In addition, Modbus RTU over TCP and Modbus RTU over UDP are supported.

The library allows the use of HVAC Modbus I/O modules of the manufacturer powerIO via a RS485 COM port.
