The DDAS Machine Insight Suite SL is a set of CODESYS libraries for machine builders and system integrators. It records machine states, downtime and losses, calculates KPIs such as OEE, and provides the time and shift data they are based on – directly in the IEC 61131-3 application on the controller or on an edge device.

Requirements
CODESYS Development System and CODESYS Control V3.5.18.0 or higher. The runtime must support CODESYS licensing (component CmpCodemeter). Verified under CODESYS Control Win V3 x64. Details are listed under Requirements.

Supported platforms and devices
CODESYS-compatible controllers, industrial PCs and edge devices that support CODESYS licensing. Designed for CODESYS Control Win V3 x64 and compatible industrial PLCs.
Licensing requirements
The runtime must contain the CODESYS licensing component CmpCodemeter. Not every manufacturer-specific runtime includes it — check your device before purchase (for example with the CODESYS "DeviceReader" project from the CODESYS Store, or ask the device manufacturer). The license is stored in the device's CODESYS SoftContainer or on a CODESYS Key.
Additional requirements
The following CODESYS libraries, part of a standard CODESYS installation: Standard, Util, SysTarget, SysTime, CAA DTUtil Extern and 3SLicense (CODESYS licensing). The DDAS License Manager library is included in the package and added automatically.
Restrictions
Accuracy depends on the system clock and the RTC configuration. Hardware-dependent behavior may vary across CODESYS platforms. Verify correct functionality on your target device before production use. Not designed for safety functions.
Licensing
Single device license: one license per device for all libraries of the suite, activated with the ticket ID in the CODESYS License Manager. Demo mode: runs for 2 hours without a license from each start of the application.
